Real estate agents have a lot more power when they are working within organizations than they do when they work alone. This can help improve the market, create legislative regulations that benefit you as a realtor and make you popular with your customer base. It’s difficult to generate that level of power as a sole realtor.

You will want to join national, state and local organizations so that you can participate in this powerful game at all levels. For example, let’s say that you’re a Tampa Florida realtor. And you would want to join a national realtor association.
